Capabilities:

Assesses effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives and joint standardsAssist in evaluating training objectivesDetermines revisions for course materialsAssesses courses for equivalencyAssists in maintaining joint training standardsAssists in assessing readiness for cyberspace forces for conducting cyberspace operationsParticipates in the planning and scheduling of training and exercise events and observation activitiesDevelops requirements for collective training and exercise eventsAssists in identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events both internally to USCYBERCOM and across the Joint Force for resolutionAssists in assessing training initiatives, identifying shortfalls, and developing mitigation strategies

 

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of training experienceMinimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or universityStrong attention to detail and organizational Excellent communications skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skills
