Compensation includes a base salary of $119,600.00 - $199,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Cox Automotive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to work on Workforce Identity initiatives with a focus on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. This role will be responsible for working with the identity team to implement and maintain identity governance solutions that ensure secure, complaint, and efficient access for all workforce users across the enterprise.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ability to contribute to the design of Identity governance solutions.Keeping up with evolving regulations and industry standards.Familiarity with identity lifecycle management, access controls, and authentication methods.Creation of a role management framework and implementation of Role Based Access Control (RBAC)Implementation of a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) framework aligned with the principle of least privilege to ensure secure and scalable access management across the organization.Manage privileged accounts, including discovery, onboarding, and offboarding, as well as password management, and access control. Develop and enforce policies for privileged access management, including just-in-time access and least privileged principles, to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations. Define and implement identity governance policies, workflows, and access review campaigns.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 18 years’ experience in a related fieldStrong understanding of identity lifecycle management, Role Based Access Control (RBAC), and access governance.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Strong understanding of role engineering principles, including role mining, role modeling, and role lifecycle management.Direct experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud including policy configuration, access reviews, and certification campaigns.Proficiency in using tools and techniques to analyze access patterns and build efficient role hierarchies.Experience in defining and enforcing SoD policies to mitigate access-related risks and ensure compliance.Familiarity with periodic access review processes and tools to validate user entitlements.Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity stores.Understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC models and their application in enterprise environments.Ability to analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, or scripting languages (e.g., Python) to support role mining and access reviews.Experience supporting internal and external audits by providing access reports and evidence of control enforcement.Drug Testing
