We are seeking a mission-driven and strategic Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence Manager responsible for developing and implementing strategies to protect GRAIL's assets from evolving cyber threats. You will be responsible for strengthening the company's defense against external and internal cybersecurity threats. You will partner with security, IT and software engineers, cybersecurity analysts and technical program managers across various enterprise IT, product security, and software development. You will drive the delivery of high-impact cybersecurity programs, improve threat intelligence processes and identify future opportunities to enhance GRAIL’s threat intelligence program.This individual will report directly to the VP of Cybersecurity and leverage deep domain expertise and enterprise global delivery experience to enable internal stakeholders to navigate the evolving cyber threat landscape, design secure systems, and align cyber resilience with enterprise goals.
The role requires candidates to be on site in our UK office 3 days a week - 210 Euston Rd., London, United Kingdom, NW1 2DAResponsibilitiesThreat Intelligence Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive cyber threat intelligence strategy aligned with GRAIL's overall security posture and business objectives.Intelligence Collection & Analysis: Oversee the collection of raw threat data from various sources (OSINT, dark web, commercial feeds, etc.), analyze complex threat landscapes, and transform raw data into actionable intelligence. Produce and deliver high-quality intelligence products to a variety of internal stakeholders (e.g., threat reports, actor profiles, TTP analysis).Threat Hunting: Drive proactive threat hunting initiatives to identify and mitigate threats that may evade traditional security controls. Maintain awareness of the threat landscape including nation-state actors, cybercrime groups, and emerging malware/ransomware trends.Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present regular threat intelligence reports to senior leadership, engineering, and product teams, translating technical findings into clear business implications. Communicate findings and threat assessments clearly to technical teams and executive leadership.Incident Response Support: Provide critical threat intelligence support during security incidents, helping to understand attacker methodologies, indicators of compromise (IoCs), and potential impact.Tooling & Automation: Identify, evaluate, and implement threat intelligence platforms and tools to enhance collection, analysis, and dissemination capabilities.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Security Operations, Incident Response, IT, Engineering, and other internal teams to integrate threat intelligence into defense strategies and enhance security controls. Provide timely and actionable intelligence to support teams such as Threat Hunting, Defensive Security, and Vulnerability management.External Engagement: Engage with industry peers, information sharing communities, and external experts to stay abreast of emerging threats and best practices.This role requires more than technical proficiency.
