We are seeking a Cybersecurity Marketing Operations Specialist with a strong emphasis on strategic execution to join our Security Marketing team. In the digital age, compelling content drives engagement which in turns drives the growth engine of the business. This role is pivotal in developing content strategies and helping them leveraging data-driven insights to drive our go to market initiatives. You'll translate strategic marketing objectives into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional execution, generate supporting content, and optimize ongoing programs targeting enterprise security buyers.
Key Responsibilities:Marketing Roadmap Development
Build quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps aligned with business objectives and product releasesDefine key milestones, success metrics, and resource requirements for marketing initiativesCollaborate with stakeholders to sequence go-to-market activities for firewalling, distributed network segmentation, and vulnerability management solutionsPrioritize marketing investments based on market opportunity and competitive landscapeOperational Execution Coordinate roadmap execution across product marketing, demand generation, and field marketing teamsManage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverable tracking using project management systemsMonitor roadmap progress and adjust priorities based on performance data and market feedbackEnsure marketing programs stay on budget and meet quality standardsFacilitate cross-functional planning sessions and roadmap reviewsContent GenerationHelp develop operational content including sales enablement materials, competitive battle cards, and internal playbooksCreate supporting copy for marketing programs focused on network security and modern application protectionGenerate technical briefs and solution overviews for firewall and vulnerability management offeringsProduce executive summaries and program updates for leadership communicationsPerformance OptimizationTrack marketing program effectiveness against roadmap objectivesAnalyze market response to messaging and content performanceDevelop process documentation and operational improvementsCreate executive reporting on roadmap progress and program performanceMinimum QualificationsMBA or 2-4 years experience in marketing operations or strategic planning, preferably B2B technologyStrong writing and communication skills with ability to create technical marketing contentUnderstanding of enterprise security challenges including network protection and application securityProficiency with planning tools (eg.
