In this role, you will develop, implement, manage and oversee Emerson’s legal product security compliance program with respect to cybersecurity and other related technology laws as directed by the Associate General Counsel, Regulatory Compliance. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + As part of the Legal Product Security and Regulatory Compliance team, the Manager, Regulatory Compliance will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the cybersecurity compliance program that ensures products adhere to relevant security standards and regulations, such as NIST, ISO, and IEC + Develop and promote the strategic initiatives of the Information Governance group, in collaboration with the Associate General Counsel, Regulatory Compliance, by leading and implementing projects on a global level + Develop, maintain, and provide regular guidance and training on company’s policies including practices and requirements of its SDL processes and applicable laws + Plan, support and implement product security compliance audits + Monitor updates to relevant security frameworks and regulations and adjust program requirements as needed + Bridge the gap between legal compliance and technical cybersecurity practices by providing actionable guidance to stakeholders, helping mitigate risk and maintain trust + Ability to manage and coordinate all aspects of compliance operation, including tactical & strategic planning, reporting, etc. + Collaborate effectively within the Product Security and Compliance team, various Engineering and IT stakeholders, as well as other internal/external partners to build relationships supporting accountabilities. + Collaborate effectively within the Product Security and Compliance team and pre-sales support team to support customer cybersecurity questionnaires, requirements and audits. + Communicate complex information, concepts, and metrics in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and visual means and tailored to the audience. + Proficient understanding of business focus and processes, with the ability to integrate cybersecurity compliance into the business through effective teamwork and influence. + Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and confidence in representing the company and security leadership with the highest level of professionalism. + Establish and implement a communication strategy with project stakeholders; **Who You Are:** + You are a strategic thinker with the ability to proactively plan and communicate effectively with various audiences and settings.
