Job Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our IVI team. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring the security, integrity and resilience of IVI systems throughout the development lifecycle from requirements and architecture to validation. The role involves close collaboration with system engineers, software teams and stakeholders to mitigate security risks and ensure compliance with automotive standards.

Key Responsibilities

Define and manage cybersecurity requirements for IVI systems ensuring full traceability.Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA), Vulnerability Analysis and implement mitigations at architecture and design level.Develop and review various documents related to ISO21434 work products including cybersecurity plan, cyber security concepts, architectures and interface specifications.Collaborate with system engineers, architects and software teams to integrate security features into IVI platform. Ensure compliance with ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE WP.29 and other relevant standards.Support security validation activities.Participate in security reviews, audits and customer discussions.Maintain traceability of cybersecurity requirements to design, implementation and validation.

Work Experience

Primary Skills/Requirements

5+ years of experience in automotive cybersecurity engineering.Strong understanding of IVI architectures, middleware and OS environments (Android Automotive OS, Linux, Hypervisors).Hands on experience with ISO/SAE 21434 processes, WP.29 compliance and cybersecurity lifecycle activities.Proficiency in TARA methodologies.Understanding of secure coding and security by design concepts.Knowledge of secure boot, cryptography, authentication, key management, HSMs.Familiarity with automotive communication protocols.Knowledge of secure software update mechanisms.Experience with UNECE R155 (Cybersecurity management System) and R156(Software update management system)Exposure to domain controllers, virtualizations and high performance SoCsExperience of working as part of OEM teamFluent communication with internal/external engineers Working with Global team (Cross cultural, cross functional communication) experience.
