Job Description

The Customer Success Cybersecurity and Managed Services Consultant supports the CSM community and our customers in specific areas of technical expertise. The Customer Success Consultant acts as the offering expert for the CS community, ensuring customers are following the appropriate technical steps to drive successful adoption and expansion of Rockwell Automation Cybersecurity & Network solutions and services, growing overall Annual Recurring Revenue. The CS Consultant works with Rockwell Automation and Partner business units to drive continuous improvement and customer journeys for our offerings. They have a deep understanding of the product/service offering, delivery channels (RA and partners) and competitors.

You will work in a hybrid environment from one of our Rockwell Automation office locations and report to the Software Customer Success Leader.

Your Responsibilities:Security – Cybersecurity and related best practices; Knowledgeable in IACS security best practices; Understanding of industry related standardsNetworks – Focus on Ethernet network design best practices, bridging IT/OT; Knowledge of CPwE best practices; Ability to speak with IT and OT; Focus on expanding RA and Partner networking related servicesTake customer adoption data and turn into business value metricsIdentify expansion potential for additional products and services that help customer achieve desired outcomes Actively seek out and participate in both formal and informal training opportunities to continuously develop technical skillsTranslate competitive solutions into a RA solution that meets or exceeds customer's expectations.Collaborate with peer roles in defining sales and delivery handoff motionsCooperate with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers in promoting RA and Partner cybersolutions to existing customers with presentations and/or demonstrationsShares industry knowledge of customers based on their key drivers at the appropriate role level with new and existing customersKeep sales and customer relationship management data up to date in local agreed upon tools such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Gainsight, optimizing by using these tools consistentlyThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's DegreeLegal authorization to work in the US or Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.30-40% travel to customers within assigned geography required.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Bachelor's degree in engineering / technical related fieldExperience in cybersecurity applications with Risk assessments, iDMZ's, Continuous Threat Detection and End Point ProtectionWorking knowledge of Threat Detection, Secure Remote Access, and anti-virus within an OT environmentHold relevant ICS Security Certifications or working towards, such as CISSP, NIST, and/or ISA-99Knowledge of SOAR, SIEM, SOC utilization and valueKnowledge of Cisco networking, Converged Plantwide Ethernet modelStrong solution and application expertise, and related demonstrated sales experience5+ years of customer facing roles in technical sales or project deliveryWorking knowledge of TSIA LAER modelAutomation and Industrial Control Systems experience (PLC, PAC, DCS, HMI)

For this role, the Total Target Compensation is from $141,920 - $212,880 of which 80% is base salary and 20% is variable. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
