Job Summary
Fiserv is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Workforce Identity Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role will focus on identity governance and controls, with a strong emphasis on SailPoint IIQ, access certifications, and data-driven identity lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IAM technologies, relational databases, and access remediation strategies to support secure and compliant workforce identity operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support identity lifecycle processes (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) using SailPoint IIQ.
Lead & support access certification campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance through:
Scheduled campaigns for prioritized entitlements.
Nested group remediation
Identification and resolution of groups with missing members
Management of entitlements lacking owners or descriptions
Support the administration and configuration of SailPoint connectors for provisioning and de-provisioning across enterprise systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM governance requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Develop and maintain IAM dashboards and reports to monitor identity governance metrics and compliance.
Support internal and external audits scheduled of user access and entitlements to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., FFIEC, PCI, SOC, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
Provide training and guidance to technology & business stakeholders on IAM best practices and security protocols related to WF Identity lifecycle.
Stay current with IAM trends and recommend enhancements to Fiserv’s identity governance framework.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on SailPoint IIQ.
Strong understanding of IAM lifecycle processes, access certifications, and governance frameworks.
Hands-on experience with:
Creating classification tags
Data Preparation & Cleansing
Role Modeling
Campaign Design, Configuration & Scheduling
Policy & Compliance Awareness
User Experience Optimization
Automation & Remediation
Nested group remediation
Managing group memberships and entitlements
Data analysis using relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, SQL).
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., FFIEC, PCI, SOC, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
SailPoint certifications (e.g., Identity Security Engineer Certification)
Broader than just IIQ; focuses on identity security analysis or engineering.
Requires hands-on experience and training.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
Experience with additional IAM tools and cloud-based identity solutions.
