If the description above fits you, please have a look on the following requirements as detailed below. **What you'll be doing** + Be part of the SOC Team, responsible for handling security alerts, incidents, and customer requests. + Monitor alerts triggered by various security appliances. + Perform alert triage and incident response activities. + Evaluate emerging cybersecurity threats and ways to manage them. + Participate in improving our customers’ security posture. + Continuously improve technical and professional skills. + Actively participate in community of practice activities. **What you'll bring along** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering or Information Management. + Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the IT industry. cybersecurity event monitoring, alert triage and investigations. + Availability for oncall working schedule.Analytical skills, ability to perform in complex IT environments. + Customer-oriented, initiative and enthusiastic. + Results-oriented, able to complete tasks on time under pressure. + Problem-solving skills. + Good communication skills. + Interpersonal skills, Teamwork, and Collaboration. + Understanding of business environment and IT processes is an advantage. + Excellent command of both spoken and written English, German language skills are considered a plus. **What’s in it for you** ✔ New beginnings can be a challenge.
