You will be supporting Emerson’s global cybersecurity team for process control systems while collaborating with both global and regional sales resources to drive the programs and growth aligned with the company’s vision and strategic objectives. The process control industries have many critical applications and require a high degree of safety and availability. You will be working with a team who supports customers globally to understand how to best improve their cybersecurity posture for industrial control systems, knowing that engaging early with our customers’ Information Technology (IT) is paramount to enable these programs.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Owning the Basic Cybersecurity Assessment program, including the issuance of assessments to service personnel globally and leading the improvements of the tools and metrics used to create such reports. Supporting the Business Development Managers to promote, strategically position, and drive growth of Emerson cybersecurity solutions within the Process System and Solutions business unit. Supporting the development and implementation of the business plan and strategy to grow the cybersecurity solutions portfolio while supporting teams globally. Training, coaching and supporting the proposal leads involved in cybersecurity pursuits for North America and other World Areas. Taking an active role in the solution architecting for sales pursuits. Creating, maintaining, and improving estimation tools used to prepare cybersecurity proposals. Engaging in technical discussions with customers, Emerson Impact Partners, Emerson sales teams, in a pre-sales capacity, to help streamline cybersecurity proposals. Issuing periodic reports related to cybersecurity solution renewals to help Cybersecurity Business Development Managers focus on retention scores. Assisting in the development of customer collateral specific to the services and solutions this group provides to customers. Working with operations to always add more solutions under the Emerson’s Guardian Support program. Attending Emerson’s Users Exchange conference while supporting the various initiatives associated to this event. Working with the proposals and operations teams to articulate the best solution for our customers while ensuring our performance indicators are met.WHO YOU ARE:

For this Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree. 2+ years’ experience with pre-sales, sales enablement, OR operations technology areas. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools to support the business such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, PowerBI among others. Availability to travel 5-10% of the time either within the US territory or globally as required by the function. Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. Knowledge about industrial cybersecurity solutions and services sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with ability to clearly communicate technical information to a range of audiences.
