We’re growing our Cyber Security function and we're looking for a versatile Cyber Security Manager to support a wide range of initiatives. In this role, you’ll be involved in strategy, operations, compliance, and risk management helping us build a strong, secure foundation for the Morrisons Group.

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing key areas of the cyber security programme

Leading internal teams and working with third-party suppliers

Supporting day to day operations as well as strategic security goals

Producing reports and insights for the Security team and senior leaders

Contributing to continuous improvement across all areas of cyber security

Success looks like:

Objectives across security strategy and delivery are consistently met

Supplier performance is effectively managed

You’re seen as a go-to person for security knowledge and leadership

About you

You’re a well rounded cyber professional with experience across different areas of security. Whether it’s operations, compliance, or strategy and you’re confident, proactive, and thrive in a varied role.

You’ll also have:

Broad cyber security experience across strategy, operations, and governance

Experience managing projects, people, or suppliers

A good understanding of risk, incident response, and regulatory frameworks

Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders

A passion for improving security in a fast-moving retail business
