The Opportunity:
CACI is the prime contractor for the US Air Force Taj Mahal program, an integration and transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP SaaS solution, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of USAF legacy systems to a SaaS solution will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our USAF airmen and their families.
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Lead to own the security posture of the Air Force’s Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM SaaS implementation. In this role, you will ensure the program achieves and maintains RMF accreditation, FedRAMP Moderate+ compliance, and full adherence to DoD security controls while embedding secure practices into every Agile Product Team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing and applying technologies, processes, and practices for program solution security
Designs, develops or recommends integrated system solutions ensuring proprietary/confidential data and systems are protected in accordance with mandated standards.
Participates with the client in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into technical designs.
Design and manage Security Console roles (abstract, duty, data roles).
Implement and validate RBAC, SSO/SAML/OAuth2 integrations.
Configure and monitor audit policies, data masking, and encryption at rest and in transit.
Oversee secure external integrations (REST, SOAP, SFTP/PGP).
Lead vulnerability scanning, STIG compliance, and POA&M remediation.
Maintain the program’s ATO package in eMASS and coordinate accreditation activities.
Coach Agile teams on secure-by-design practices and embed security acceptance criteria into stories.
Qualifications:
Required:
BA/BS + 10 YRS
7+ years of cybersecurity leadership in DoD enterprise SaaS programs.
Experience with RMF/ATO processes, FedRAMP compliance, and DISA STIGs.
Strong Oracle HCM security knowledge (RBAC, Security Console, encryption).
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification.
Desired:
Prior Air Force or DoD HRIT program experience.
Experience leading security accreditation for SaaS HR systems.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
