In this pivotal role, you will bring in your experience from IT and cyber security as well from infrastructure management to contribute to the development of our IT security services in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts to ensure timely resolution
Manage security incidents involving vendors and other external parties
Work closely with an external Security Operations Center (SOC) to coordinate security efforts and incident response
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security measures and controls
Participate in vulnerability management for internal systems, hardware, external URLs, IPs, and manufacturing IT
Manage various internal security processes, such as the security approval of software solutions
Support in managing our web proxy tool
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols and practices
Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to proactively address potential threats
What will convince us
A degree in information technology, computer science or a related field
Proven several years of professional experience in IT development or IT operations with a focus on security operations and infrastructure management (on-premise and in the cloud)
A solid understanding of IT security principles and practices is required
You are familiar with VPN, web proxy and domain monitoring tools
Experience with the solution from Zscaler is a great advantage
Good communication skills that ensure effective and trustworthy communication and collaboration with external vendors and internal cross-functional teams, including the ability to make technical concepts understandable to non-technical stakeholders
You are characterized by your ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively and align activities with overall IT security strategies and general IT standards
Hands-on mentality, coupled with a proactive approach and a commitment to continuous improvement in IT infrastructure administration, management and resolution of system issues
Fluency in English completes your profile, German is a plus
