Job Description
Lead and contribute to teams tackling complex, multi-disciplinary problems across cybersecurity, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and computer science. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, lead projects, and explore new topics while leveraging your existing skills. As a Journeyman Cyber Engineer, you will work hands-on with state-of-the-art electronics, designing, developing, and implementing innovative techniques. Additionally, you will provide guidance to junior engineers to foster their professional growth.
ResponsibilitiesMentor junior engineers and lead projects.Collaborate with teams to address cybersecurity challenges.Design, develop, and implement innovative techniques in new technologies.Work hands-on with state-of-the-art electronics.Essential SkillsExpertise in penetration testing and cryptography.Proficiency in software development, particularly using Linux and command line interfaces.Strong knowledge of networking topics including IP addressing, subnetting, and common protocols.Experience with API programmatic use.Skill in using containers and interfaces like I2C, JTAG, UART, SPI, USB, and Ethernet.Additional Skills & QualificationsActive Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 3+ years of directly related experience.Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.Proficiency in coding/programming languages such as Python or C.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $90.00/hr.
