Are you ready to help us make the future? **ABOUT THE ROLE:** As a Cyber Security Architect/Engineer, you will partner with leadership, stakeholders, and employees to communicate through critical dashboards where to devote resources to secure Honeywell. You will work across the organization with a variety of security teams to drive down risk using data. Using your data acumen and user interface design skills, you will lead the creation and maintenance of Honeywell Global Security dashboards. By influencing with and without authority, you will help us accomplish our common mission to protect the company. This role will be responsible for performing data analysis, data mapping, data integration, data quality and dashboard development. In this role you will be the primary support around our critical dashboards. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple security teams to ensure a holistic picture of the risks for Honeywell and to drive a data strategy to ensure accuracy, efficiency, timeliness and consistency across our data feeds. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Use analytical and technical skills to translate business needs into requirements for designing and implementing Honeywell Global Security dashboards · Collaborate with data and service owners to identify data requirements and design, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, moving it to a centralized enterprise data warehouse · Work with security service owners to use APIs for automating dashboards and eliminate manual data processes where possible · Design and implement data models and schemas to support analytical and reporting needs · Operate independently with minimal supervision, receiving only high-level direction from leadership · Document standard processes and troubleshooting procedures · Provide end-user support to minimize disruptions and encourage full use of the system · Monitor data extraction, transformation, and loading processes **MUST HAVE:** · Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relatable field or 3 years equivalent experience · At least 3 years of demonstrated data management experience, including the ability to merge, clean and analyze large amounts of data; as well as the development of complex dashboards. Experience with both structured and unstructured data · Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge **WE VALUE:** · Experience in using data integration tools to extract, transform, and load processes · Experience in data modelling techniques, including schema design · Expert in scripting and querying languages, such as Python and SQL · Familiar with metadata management within analytics tools such as Tableau and PowerBI · Experience delivering results with agile development methodologies · Knowledge of databases, data warehouse platforms, and cloud-based tools · Proven mentoring ability to drive results and technical growth in peers · Ability to clearly document business process and system requirements · Ability to develop and communicate the technical vision for projects and initiatives, which can be used to support customer and management understanding · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, along with strong organizational and decision-making abilities, good judgment, and tact · Experience working in a global team and virtual environment with a strong understanding of cultural differences and a proven ability to integrate these into team dynamics **BENEFITS** We offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible vacation and education assistance.
