In this role, you will provide comprehensive operational and engineering support, serving as the primary owner for the BIA environment from end to end. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the tool's functionality, performance, and continuous improvement, directly contributing to our organization's ability to understand and mitigate potential impacts from disruptions. You'll be a key interface between technology and business, driving both technical excellence and strategic alignment.
