The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Cyber Monitoring Manager to lead a team of 24/7 cyber monitoring analysts supporting our Air Force Distributed Ground Systems-Experimental (DGS-X) program at Langley AFB, VA.

Responsibilities:

Manage DCGS 24/7 cyber monitoring teamsSpearheading the coordination between two geographically diverse teams to ensure uniform security measures.Ensure pass-down between ECH and WCH monitoring teamsFoster a sense of inclusivity and belonging within the team.Regularly schedule check-in meetings with the team.Proactively address team members' concerns and issues.Create opportunities for team members to voice their opinions and feedback.Demonstrate active participation and engagement to strengthen team cohesion.Convey constructive feedback to the sub-k company regarding identified performance issues among contract employees.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform all functional duties independentlyConduct thorough and structured hiring processes for Tier1 analyst positionsFacilitate training access and resources to guarantee contract compliance.


Qualifications:

Required:

Active TS/SCI security clearance.DoD Directive 8570 IAT II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent)Bachelor’s degree and 5-years’ of experience in cybersecurityKnowledge of common enterprise security devices and tools.Experience using Serena ticketing system.Stay current with emerging threats and vulnerabilities and recommend security improvements.Knowledge with SIEM and log managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Desired:

Master’s degree and 7-years’ experience in cybersecurityAdvanced 8570 IAT Level II/III certification, preferably GIAC or CASPExperience managing a team of 7-10 subordinates5 years’ DGS-X/DMC working experience5 years’ experience consulting directly with military customers3-5 years’ experience with DGS-X/DMC incident response and reportingExtensive knowledge of AF IC RMF process and how cyber monitoring/incident response role is involved in continuous monitoringProvide guidance for securing information systems and support cyber vulnerability penetration assessmentsITIL 4 Foundation

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
