eDiscovery Forensics IT Security Analyst position additional description:
Successful candidate must have a significant interest in computer forensics, and forensics background is considered a plus. The candidate should display strong technical depth that spans cloud, clients, network, hosts, and peripherals. A solid background in modern computing technologies is required. Leadership behaviors must include solid oral and written communications skills, a good attitude with a focus on teamwork, and a high level of personal integrity.
Scope is for any Ford Motor Company asset or the assets of any subsidiary or joint venture worldwide.
In the course of investigations, so as to stop any such activity, you must be willing to accept that you may come across unsavory material (written, audio, video, etc…,) that can include illegal material.
Bachelor degree in Cyber Security or Computer related field 5+ years experience in Forensics, Cyber Security, or related IT infrastructure development/operations experience 3+ years experience with MS Purview 2+ years Azure security, engineering, or operations Experience in a fast paced, high stress, support environment, able to work with a sense of urgency and pay attention to details Demonstrated strong and effective oral and written communications skills across various mediums and levels, including with non-technical requestors and management Solid and demonstratable comprehension of Information Security Strong leadership skills and results-oriented Strong deductive reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills Capable and comfortable working autonomously Strong interest and experience in eDiscovery and Electronic Forensics in support of Litigation and Investigation Security & Controls, specifically the areas of electronic discovery, data privacy, compliance; desire to gain competency in these areas
Preferred Qualification:
Experience with MS Purview eDiscovery and DLP. Thorough knowledge of and experience with common Cyber Security eDiscovery and Forensics tools Familiar with Ford Computing Systems Thorough knowledge of MS Cloud and multiple operating systems specifically Windows, Mac, iOS (iPhones and iPads), and Linux. Android knowledge would be a nice to have Experience developing and maintaining tools, procedures, and documentation In depth knowledge of MS Cloud; Google Cloud; MS and Apple Clients, mobile clients, & servers; Hard Drives; File, Email, Hard drive Encryption; various computer peripherals; networks and Storage technologies Scripting abilities (PowerShell, Python) Industry Certifications (e.g., GCFA, GCFR, GCFE, GIME, GASF, EnCE, CISSP)ou may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor
