TITLE: CX & Professional Development Trainer
Grade: 10
LOCATION: Belgrade, Serbia
POSTION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Experience (CX) and Professional Development Trainer to design, deliver and evaluate training programs that enhance both customer-facing performance and internal professional skills. This role involves working closely with SAS organization to ensure employees are equipped with the skills and mindset to deliver exceptional service and grow in their careers.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
+ Design and deliver engaging training sessions on CX principles, communication, conflict resolution, soft skills and leadership development.
+ Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance data to identify training gaps.
+ Develop training materials, e-learning modules and hands-on workshops.
+ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments and KPI’s.
+ Ability to align and translate strategy into specific goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables
+ Strong interpersonal skills for working with all employee levels within the organization
+ Leverage data and analytics to create actionable intelligence to establish insights for business leaders.
+ Manage LMS (Learning Management System)-related administrative functions; maintain updated databases and training records.
+ Host in-person and/or virtual training events, educational programs, and train-the-trainer activities.
+ Create and format reports to help us understand attendance, utilization, and impact
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in knowledge management, customer support, or IT service management.
+ Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
+ Demonstrate experience presenting to small and large groups in a complex and highly diverse workplace.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to research, extract, analyze, and manipulate data with minimal supervision and communicate results proactively.
+ Superior attention to detail and organization skills.
+ Strong assessment skills for both individual and organizations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Knowledge of following tools: Camtasia, Rise 360, Video Editing tools, KCS methodology is a plus.
