**Warehouse Associate** **Shift:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with some late days and Saturdays as needed. **Pay:** $ 17.50/hour As a **Warehouse Associate** , you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring freight gets where it needs to go. You'll work alongside a top-caliber management team that understands the transportation industry inside and out. **What You'll Do:** + Assist with **shipping and receiving** , including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise. + Read and process customer and work orders to determine items for distribution or shipment. + Maintain a **safe and clean warehouse environment** for everyone. + Take **check calls from drivers** , validating load data and ensuring on-time deliveries. + Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed. **What We're Looking For:** + The ability to lift, push, or pull at least **75 pounds** . + Basic written and verbal communication skills. + Basic computer skills. **It would be great if you also have:** + **Dock or warehouse experience** in the transportation industry. + Experience with **loading and unloading trailers** and using handheld scanners. + Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends, based on freight volumes.
