CWR Lead Warehouse Associate
We are hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate in Olathe KS. These are the details: **Perks:** · Shift: 6am - 3pm Monday to Friday · Weekly paycheck · Pay: $21.5 Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy (https://www.adecco.com/en-us/employers/about-us/programs-partnerships/aspire-academy) with thousands of free upskilling courses **Responsibilities:** • Assign work and monitor group activities • Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements • Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies • Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs • Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation • Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance **Requirements:** • 4 years of warehouse experience • Experience in a supervisory role • Microsoft Office experience and proficiency This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
