**Job Description:**
We are seeking a reliable and professional **Lead Customer Service Representative** to support and guide a team in a dynamic warehouse and logistics environment in **San Leandro, CA** . This position is responsible for overseeing customer service operations and ensuring high-quality service to high-profile clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the organizational mindset to drive team performance and service excellence.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise and organize day-to-day customer service operations
+ Lead and coach a team of customer service representatives
+ Track and analyze performance metrics
+ Troubleshoot operational problems and escalate issues as needed
+ Maintain daily and weekly reports for leadership
+ Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
+ Serve as the point of contact for complex transactions and escalations
+ Support quality assurance efforts and continuous process improvements
**Required Skills and Experience:**
+ 4+ years of customer service experience
+ Minimum 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
+ High level of professionalism and dependability
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in a call center or high-volume service environment
+ Bilingual: English/Spanish
+ Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
+ Polished and professional presentation

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
