Key Responsibilities 1. Participate in national marketing plan development Participate in annual long range strategic planning (3-year plan)Participate in annual marketing tactical budget plan (1-year plan) 2. Develop area marketing plans Propose regional tactical cycle plans (4 times per year) Report local market info to central (on a monthly basis)3. Execute / implement national & regional marketing plans Train regional sales force Support in promotional tool development (DA, gimmicks, slide kits,etc) propose region specific promotional materials,if appropriate Product specific regional sales and A&P budget Organize regional activities (CME programs, symposia , etc.) Attend regional sales weekly meetings4. Regional brand management Organize Brand Champion Regional KOL management Participate brand team 5. Regional market intelligenceWhat you can contribute?Integrating Customer Insights & Analytics Brand and Portfolio Strategy Marketing Mix and Execution What you should have?College Degree or AboveAt least 3 years with pharmaceutical industryAt least 1 year sales force management experienceIndustry/product knowledgePursue progress, discover extraordinary
