With our incredible plans for the future of mobility, we have a wide variety of opportunities for you to accelerate your career and help us define tomorrow’s transportation. **_What will you do as a Commercial Vehicle Conversion Specialist?_** **_Position owner will be responsible for managing and identifying Converters to support manufacturer growth in the conversion market._** + _Identifying new conversion opportunities on Ford Commercial Vehicles_ + _Develop existing and build new relationships with commercial vehicle conversion specialists to ensure Ford is the vehicle of choice within the conversion industry._ + _Support and maintain relationships with existing convertors._ + _Manage and develop relationship with Convertors._ + _Present overview of Ford base vehicles for conversion._ + _Increase the number of Ford platform vehicles for conversion._ + _Provide guidance and liaison in the development of new conversions including Special Vehicle Options._ + _Manage and develop relationship with accredited Ford Pro Convertor (FPC)_ + _Identify cost savings on donor vehicles such as parts which are disposed/redundant through conversion._ + _Develop Convertor growth strategies looking at individual vocations and/or Fleet customers._ + _Facilitate integrated marketing communications._ + _Being voice of the convertor and share market intelligence on all conversion industry segments_ + _Hold training for dealer,converter,NSC; develop training materials_ **_Are we looking for you?
