CV Cloud Product Analyst

As a CV Cloud Product Analyst, you will define monitoring requirements, establish key metrics, and analyze system performance to proactively identify and resolve issues. You will also play a critical role in supporting incident resolution and ensuring our cloud services and mobile applications meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a product analyst, SRE, or DevOps role. Solid understanding of cloud, web, and mobile application technologies. Proficiency with monitoring tools like Elasticsearch, Splunk, Grafana, and Dynatrace. Exceptional teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Familiarity with SRE/DevOps principles and Agile methodologies.Bonus Points (Not Required, But a Plus):
Hands-on development experience with APIs, mobile apps, or embedded systems. Experience automating infrastructure with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python. Active participation in Agile software development teams. Define Monitoring Needs: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document what needs to be monitored for our cloud services and mobile apps. Set Up Metrics, Logging, and Tracing: Determine and set up the right metrics, logging, and tracing for our systems. Provide clear instructions to the product and engineering teams. Analyze and Improve Performance: Track and analyze data to spot trends, find problems early, and improve system performance, stability, and efficiency. Make sure our metrics are effective and update them as needed. Create Alerts for Issues: Set up alerts to quickly identify and respond to potential problems, using industry best practices and customer feedback. Support Incident Resolution: Help the support team (FRSG) during incidents by using logs and tracing to quickly troubleshoot and fix issues. Monitor and Report on SLAs: Track and report on how well our systems are meeting service agreements (SLAs), providing regular updates on performance and reliability.
