Adecco Search is actively recruiting for a Cutting Die Mounter in Macedonia, OH. Our client is a leader in the corrugated speciality industry. The cutting die mounter is responsible for all activities associated with mounting the des on die cutter including set up, cleaning and improvements. The Cutting Die Mounter will be required to comply with all safety rules and regulations and will complete quality checks to ensure products conform to the companies’ ISO quality standards. **Job Responsibilities for the Cutting Die Mounter in Macedonia, OH:** + Maintain a positive work environment by cooperating with management and coworkers. + Mount printing dies and proof for accuracy and proof other mounters work for accuracy in accordance with proper setup technique. + File and pull printing mounts and dies from files. + Wash printing mount dies before filling. + Perform quality checks consistently to comply with the ISO quality plan and make any necessary adjustments when needed. + Report any necessary replacements of printing and cutting dies to Plant Superintendent as they are discovered. + Submit accurate ink inventory as scheduled, including piece kits. + Receive and store ink in proper storage location daily. + Pull machine line-ups as necessary. + Separate, file and distribute load tags. + Turn in maintenance work orders to supervisor for needed repairs.
