Operates cutters and wet graders to obtain proper product cut uniformity and to maxim-ize use of raw product.Maintains sanitation requirements for area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Prac-tices.Performs preventative and minor maintenance on machinery.Qualifications:

Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Skills:
