Sr. Manager based in Toronto responsible foroverseeing and coordinating large scale deployment cutovers from legacy systems to a Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive cutover plan, managing timelines, coordination of execution of cutover activities.Key responsibilities include risk identification and mitigation, issue resolution, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring the project meets its goals during the cutover phase.
Candidate must have: Executed multi-site system cutovers that involve synchronized multi-site deployments Has led end-to-end MS Dynamics cutover for Finance Operations, Purchasing Supply Chain, Capital Project modules Demonstrated experience in cutover execution, leadership skills, and executive presence Executive presence, cutover governance and reporting, strong communication skillsResponsibilities:Lead Cutover Activities:Oversee and manage the cutover workstream for Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring all activities are executed as planned.Develop Cutover Strategy:Create detailed cutover strategies and plans to support deployment phases across various applications.Data Migration:Manage data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.System Validation and Testing:Coordinate system validation and testing to ensure the new system functions correctly.Training and Support:Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.Communication:Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and any issues.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for cutover-related activities.
