Your mission, roles and responsibilities

1. 关务体系搭建与优化:
   - 负责建立和完善公司的关务管理体系,确保公司进出口业务的合规性,降低关务风险。
   - 制定并优化关务操作流程,提高关务工作效率,减少不必要的成本支出。
2. 进出口业务管理:
- 组织并指导团队完成公司各类进出口货物的申报工作,包括但不限于报关、报检、原产地证申请等,确
保货物顺利通关。
   - 跟踪进出口货物的物流动态,及时处理通关过程中出现的各种异常情况,如查验、扣货等,保障供应链
的顺畅运作。
3. 关务政策研究与应用:
   - 关注国内外海关政策法规的变化,及时解读,为公司业务决策提供关务方面的专业建议。
   - 结合公司业务特点,合理运用关税优惠政策,如自由贸易协定、加工贸易政策等,降低关税成本。
4. 团队建设与管理:
   - 负责关务团队的日常管理,包括人员招聘、培训、绩效考核等工作,提升团队整体能力。
   - 指导团队成员开展工作,解决他们在工作中遇到的问题,促进团队成员的职业发展。
5. 跨部门协作:
   - 与采购、销售、生产、物流等部门保持密切沟通与协作,确保关务工作与公司整体业务的协同推进。
   - 参与公司内部的流程优化项目,从关务角度提出改进建议,推动公司运营效率的提升。
6.关务风险管理:
   - 定期对公司的关务工作进行风险评估,识别潜在的关务风险点,并制定相应的风险防控措施。
   - 配合海关等监管部门的稽查、核查工作,及时准确地提供相关资料,确保公司顺利通过检查。

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications : 
理想的候选人:
    本科及以上学历,国际贸易、物流管理、海关管理等相关专业优先。
    5年以上关务相关工作经验,具备2年及以上团队管理经验,熟悉电子/精密零件加工出口行业进出口业务流程。
    精通海关法律法规、进出口关税政策、原产地规则等关务相关知识。
    具备良好的英语读写能力,能够熟练阅读和理解英文关务文件。
    具有良好的沟通协调能力,能够与海关、商检等监管部门以及公司内部各部门保持良好的合作关系。
    具备较强的团队管理能力,能够带领团队高效完成工作任务,提升团队整体绩效。
    具有较强的风险意识和问题解决能力,能够及时发现并处理关务工作中的各种风险和问题。
最低标准的候选人
    专科及以上学历,5年以上关务相关工作经验,熟悉电子/精密零件加工出口行业进出口业务流程。
    熟悉海关法律法规、进出口关税政策、原产地规则等关务相关知识。
