Responsibilities The Opportunity Coordinate and manage I&E international logistic processes of all finish products, raw materials, promotional items, R&D Samples and Engineering initiatives with the purpose of achieving company results, coordinate international logistics activities, analyze data bases to identify risks related with information stated in import / export operations. Support management decisions and improve projects to identify savings along I&E operations. Responsible for: Ensuring flawless transport operation for Import and export across LATAM, through monthly review and follow-up of key performance indicators and supplier evaluations. Yearly negotiations of rates. Ensure on-time payments to suppliers. Work with Logistics team to meet operational needs. Your Impact As C&T Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of • Participates and leads I&E Transport Global Bid, teaming up with Americas import and export operations in order to leverage volumes and benchmark from operational knowledge. • Responsible for elaboration and calculation of area´s productivity (AOP and monthly reporting, Powersteering management) in collaboration with Productivity Office. • Anual cost alignment with Master Data (system set-up) , FP&A (budget), commercial teams (pricing). • Identifies and implements potential operational opportunities/efficiencies in transportation (ie route optimizations, under capacities, alternate sources of supply, lead/time waiting time). • Support and team up with Supply Chain Analyst and IE PMO in the development of alternate source planning and contingency mapping. • Operational follow up and training with freight forwarders and customer´s consolidators to ensure the placement, service, communication and the correct coordination of equipment on time (JIT). • Supervise vendor perfomance and provide metric reports in order to help the service providers to reach a flawless and higher quality service according to our operation needs. • FP&A/Master Data alignment to ensure incoterm and transportation costs are properly set to avoid pricing deficits and guarantee operative efficiencies are captured. • Monitor and communicate possible external (ie climate, labor strikes) and develop alternate plans to avoid business disruption. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor degree international business and commerce / international. 1- 3 years of experience SAP desirable Microsoft suite tools (excel, Power point,) Advanced English, Spanish and Portuguese (if possible) General Knowledge of logistic import and export Results oriented, desition making, teamwork, customer service, networking work under pressure, frustration tolerance, sense of urgency If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
