GBS is looking for a Customs technician to be based in Santa Maria da Feira.
  
The main missions of the role are:

Collect CBAM information from suppliers regarding the carbon content of products;Communication of Forvia’s LTSDs to customers.Track and ensure renewal of the LTSD validity.Request LTSDs from suppliers.Verification of the LTSD content following the checklist provided by Customs IT Coordinator, ensuring that all fields have the proper information.Support the Group Customs Department in the design of customs management tools (GTS, etc.).Identify the processes and participate in writing the requirements.Participate in meetings organized with IT Group.Participate in the implementation of new customs tools to come.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum education level: Bachelor’s Degree in business, logistics or in courses related with legal and customsTechnical and behavioural skills:Service mindsetGood computer skills (MS Office-Excel).Knowledge of SAP MM is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate in English or French or German or Spanish.Capability to follow a work instruction.Planning, analytical and organization skills.Data cruncher.Ability to work in an international environment.Operational mindset.Autonomous and proactive.
