Your journey to a meaningful career starts with ZF LIFETEC Responsibilities: + Customs Strategy & Compliance: Develop and manage regional strategies to ensure trade compliance, handle daily broker issues, and support shipment clearance. + Process Improvement & Risk Management: Lead projects to enhance reconciliation processes, manage ISF processes, and assess risks for new trade topics. + Supplier & Customer Management: Oversee solicitation and qualification processes, address supplier escalations, and improve processes for duty avoidance and customer requests. + Regulatory & Audit Support: Process CBP penalties and information requests, support government audits, and ensure compliance with customs regulations. + Training & Reporting: Conduct company trainings on free trade agreements, manage ACE/CARM accounts, and create quarterly KPI reports.
