This is a Sr, role which involves implementing customs process, supervising the daily activities of all staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and accurately, and maintaining compliance with Customs and trade regulations. **Due to the responsabilities of the role, we´re seeking candidates who have,** + Experience in Customs system rollouts and/or maintenance. + Prior involvement in testing of customs software solutions / Business requirements + Experience developing data analytics tools to identify process improvement opportunities within large and complex customs datasets. + Supported the development of Customs metrics based on documentation of proper data safe sources. + Project management + Bachelor’s degree in international Trade or similar + 8+ Years of Experience + Bilingual Spanish/English very fluent + Strong understanding of MX customs regulations, international trade laws, and import/export processes + Team management experience + Experience coordinating custom broker and Customs service providers. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + Organizational and time management + Committed and energetic. Adaptable to the needs of the organization + In site position at any of the Ford of Mexico plants. + Passport required.
