For more information on PepsiCo and the opportunities it holds, visit www.pepsico.com Responsibilities The Opportunity At PepsiCo, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead all imports and customs compliance operations in Paraguay. This role plays a key part in securing the timely and accurate supply of finished goods, raw materials, and samples, while minimizing regulatory risk and budget impact. You’ll be the main liaison between PepsiCo and key stakeholders such as customs brokers, freight providers, and government authorities. In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams across LATAM, SOCO, PMF, PBS, Andean, and FLNA, including Procurement, Planning, and R&D. This position is also instrumental in supporting the ongoing Global Operations transition. Your Impact As a Customs & Imports Operations Analyst, you will: Ensure business continuity by coordinating communications, logistics, and compliance for all import activities. Optimize fill rate and service levels by selecting the best import alternatives and monitoring performance scorecards. Guarantee proper classification of goods and correct tax payments, maximizing benefits from applicable international trade agreements. Minimize regulatory risk by maintaining comprehensive and audit-ready documentation (e.g., certificates of origin, import/export manifests, invoices, waybills). Mitigate operational and financial risks through effective coordination with local institutions such as INAN, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, and the Chamber of Commerce. Drive efficiency by coordinating information for customs broker and freight bidding processes. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Fluent in English - verbal and written skills. Intermediate Excel skills (data validation, data extraction, pivot tables, and related). 6 months - 1 year of experience in imports, supply chain, transport or related. Imports and export process and regulation trade experience. International trade permits, legal and fiscal knowledge in terms of international trade regulations.
