Job Description

Are you passionate about international trade, compliance, leading teams?  Join Expeditors as Customs Brokerage Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring smooth customs operations while developing and guiding a high-performing team.

What You'll Do:

Supervise daily customs brokerage operations and allocate team workloads.Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and customs requirements.Support audits, duty deferment monitoring, and refund processes.Collaborate with the Trade Compliance Manager on compliance initiatives.Drive process improvement and system enhancements.Mentor and coach team members, leading performance appraisals.Support customer needs with timely and accurate duty/VAT reviews.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

3–5 years of customs brokerage experience.Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to coach and build a collaborative team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and Word.Knowledge of the global logistics industry.English proficiency (written and spoken).
