Ensure that Brokerage customers are well transitioned and served, leading a best in class operational team.Major Duties and Responsibilities
Actively develop business for departments through active involvement in sales and retention process and close coordination with sales department, as per the company and branch objectives.Manage implementation and ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures for client. Also, coordinate and manage SOP revisions and send updates to origins.Ensure that productivity and profitability goals for the CHB department are metAssist District Manager with preparation of annual department budgetMeet monthly with District Manager to review department financials P&L and productivity resultsQualificationsProven Leadership Skills, Attitude and background.Strong Market and product Knowledge.Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive resultsProven negotiations skillsGood computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Customs Brokerage License preferred.
