Job Description

People:

Ensure all classification instructions for all shipments for all customers.Monitor duty deferment usage and levels.Monitor license/visa applications.Ensure all new business is transitioned correctly.Make 2 F2F calls per week – Retention/SalesMaintain a positive relationship with the Trade Compliance Manager and support all compliance efforts and trainings.Promote productivity tools (e.g., using edoc, process management, customsware usage/Expo customs.Audit of files in accordance to AEOFollow up refunds with customs authorities.Management of customs systemSend client report requests through the available database (expo request, expo reporting)Provide content for customer reviews – duty/vat,Be open to implementing new system changes and enhancements into your department. Review and conduct staff appraisals and one to one meeting timely in line with the 3+1 InitiativeAssist supervisor and key staff with goal setting and monitoring development.
