WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Manage customs clearance for high-value imports, ensuring timely and compliant processing across international bordersPrepare and lodge accurate customs declarations in line with Australian Border Force, DAFF, and other regulatory requirementsEnsure all shipments are cleared with proper authority and in accordance with client instructionsMonitor and apply updates to customs laws, tariffs, and trade agreements to maintain compliance and support clientsLiaise with customs, clients, and internal teams to provide expert advice and resolve customs-related queriesWe currently have two positions available as per the details below: Full Time & Permanent - Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00am - 6:00pmFull Time & 12 Month Contract - Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00am - 6:00pm

WHAT CAN YOU BRING?

Must hold a current Australian Customs Broker LicenseMinimum 1 year of experience in customs clearance and entry writingStrong understanding of customs regulations, international trade, and shipping logisticsProficient in customs clearance software, online customs portals, and Microsoft OfficeSkilled in data analysis, reporting, and general computer useExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
