The employee uses judgment in choosing the task/routine. **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Professional and Technical Expertise * At least 2-year MFG experience, good knowledge and understanding of IBM Power product line and mainframe hardware. * Good knowledge and understanding of MFG processes, logistics, Inventory Control and high-quality deliverables. * Strong communication, Solid innovation and agile foundations, experience in organizational and administration skills.
