The PositionThe Customer Value Enabler contributes to creating value to the patient journey in the specific disease area through supporting and enabling the Bulgaria Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) in implementing successful strategies for the ecosystem in line with Roche Code of Conduct and principles. The role is also accountable for ensuring collaboration with the respective disease area networks, cross-functional team, Global Product Strategy (GPS) as well with local enablers to identify new opportunities, initiatives and solutions to answer local needs and to drive value for the patients.
Your Responsibilities
Responsible for maximizing the potential of the pharmaceutical business by planning, developing and implementing the marketing plan for a disease area or initiative. Monitoring, measuring, learning and adapting to drive for success through delivery of prioritized work packages with the goal of delivering better outcomes for more patients, faster
Collaborates with the PJPs in Bulgaria where needed to provide the support required to enable regional/global networks to identify or share new opportunities, initiatives and co-create solutions that answer local needs and drive value for the patients and disease area stakeholders in Bulgaria
Leads projects across strategically aligned therapy areas
Builds meaningful customer partnerships to understand challenges and build insights
Demonstrates entrepreneurship and innovation in co-creating solutions to customer challenges
Contributes and leads on to development of strategic plans and goals
Digital Communication Enablement exploring omni-channel customer experience
Supports the Bulgaria PJPs in setting the disease/therapy area or other relevant communication strategy and creation/adaptation of local Therapeutic Areas messages / materials/ communication content for digital platforms in collaboration with the Communication and Multichannel Excellence Enabler
Network Enablement through participation in cross-functional teams and CoPs
Collaborates closely with the Communication and Multichannel Excellence Enabler, the Business Analytics Enabler and patient advocacy groups Enabler to ensure effective digital communications
Collaborates with other local Enablers and the network to create value for the ecosystems in Bulgaria
Who You Are
You hold a MSc. Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Life Science
You built a minimum of 3 years of work experience in Pharmaceutical industry, and therapy area engagement relationship management. You have knowledge of pharmaceutical industry competitive landscape, life cycle management process, and relevant therapeutic areas
You built experience in the principles and techniques of marketing analytics, business planning, forecasting, digital communication through Multi or Omni-channel campaigns. You have knowledge of digital landscapes and content creation
You are customer centric, built advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills. You partner with internal and external entities to increase adoption of the patient journey approach
You have a growth mindset, are collaborative, and you apply “servant” and cross-functional leadership
You are analytical, think strategically, and are able to priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
