This leader will achieve company and customer objectives by working closely to link the internal business unit (BU) objectives with the Customer plans. If you are curious and lifelong learner, and are willing to share what you know, we'd love to hear from you. **In this role, you will:** **Engage our People as Business Owners** : + Inspire and encourage team members to take personal ownership of their role and have a clear understanding of the impact on the broader organization + Educate teams and team members on what is required to craft and deliver strategic, omni-channel plans + Facilitate connection between the Target team, cross-functional partners and Clorox leadership + Lead in the space of inclusion, diversity and belonging **Drive the Business** : + Enable profitable growth through leadership and development of strategic direction for the Target team + Lead the execution of volume, net sales, AMPS and profit objectives for the Customer teams **Customer Planning and Development** : + Develop relationships with Senior Leaders at the Customer and Clorox + Understand and drive the business planning process + Deliver Joint Business Plans for the Customer that achieves results and is within the trade budget **Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste** : + Ensure team has knowledge and tools to drive growth + Drive connection between customer team, cross-functional resources and category counterparts. \#LI-Hybrid **What we look for:** + Typically requires 10+ years of CPG experience + CPG external (Field/Customer) or equivalent experience + CPG internal (Sales Planning/Sales Strategy) experience beneficial + People management experience + Strong Customer knowledge + Consultative/Solution selling + Leverages cross-functional partners and ability to influence up + Strong communication with broad range of audiences, including senior leaders + Works outside the enterprise to learn and generate opportunities that create value for the company + Creating and nurturing a category strategy and business plan + Ability to lead a multi-functional group and get things done through others (category, insights teams, logistics, shopper marketing) + Ability to recognize and drive good growth + Applies sound judgement and moves forward with confidence despite ambiguity or imperfect information + Ability to assess stakeholder needs/environmental awareness + Negotiations Skills + People Development & Management + Strong Financial Acumen **Workplace type:** Hybrid - 3 days a week in office and 2 days working from home. **We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
