**Sprawna obsługa kolejek drugiej linii wsparcia. Koordynowanie pracami serwisu terenowego.**
Likwidowanie powstałych problemów, monitorowanie działania sprzętu komunikacyjnego oraz urządzeń w kolekturach Totalizatora Sportowego.

**Zakres czynności i obowiązków:**
+ obsługiwanie kolejki zgłoszeń z Helpdesku dotyczących problemów w komunikacji – kolejka Komunikacja
+ weryfikacja problemu i zdalne ich usuwanie
+ w przypadku braku możliwości usunięcia zdalnego, wysłanie zlecenia naprawy serwisowej w terenie
+ koordynowanie zleceniami i pracami serwisu terenowego
+ wprowadzanie i usuwanie terminali do systemu centralnego
+ prowadzenie i obsługa baz danych dotyczących komunikacji, serwisu i awarii
+ informowanie klienta Totalizator Sportowy o statusie zlecenia
+ współpraca z serwisem terenowym
+ współpraca z serwisem komunikacyjnym
+ współpraca z innymi działami firmy np. operacje
+ obsługa dodatkowych projektów np. rollout
+ przygotowywanie raportów i procedur na potrzeby działu
+ wykonywanie innych poleceń przełożonego
