Customer Support with German (Part-Time or Full-time)

What you'll be doing:

Communicating with corporate customers and business partners

Investigating and improving customer claims

Liaising with carries and interacting with other departments to resolve customer situations

Negotiating returns of defective goods with vendors

Working Full-Time (Mon-Fri: 09:00-18:00) or Part-Time (Mon-Fri: 20 hrs per week)


You’ll be a great fit if you have:

Very good German (B2) and English (B1-B2)

Work experience in the field of support/customer service or data entry is considered an advantage

Communication and problem solving
