Customer Support Technical Representative

What You’ll Do:
+ Be the First Line of Support: Provide friendly, professional assistance via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
+ Solve Problems Fast: Triage and resolve technical issues—or escalate when needed—using our Knowledge Base and SOPs.
+ Support Tech Needs: Help users with equipment requests, software installs, sign-on issues, and more.
+ Document Everything: Keep detailed records of actions and resolutions in our ITSM system.
+ Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with teammates on support projects and process improvements.
+ Stay Organized: Juggle multiple tasks like calls, tickets, and chats with ease.
+ Be a Team Player: Show up on time, stay engaged, and bring a positive attitude—whether remote or in-office.
What You Bring:
Must-Haves:
+ 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred—expect 20–30 calls/day)
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
+ Comfortable navigating computers and multitasking across systems
+ Eagerness to learn and grow in a tech-focused environment
Nice-to-Haves:
+ Bachelor’s degree (especially in Computer Science, IT, or related fields)
+ Experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce or ServiceNow

Work Schedule:
+ This is a full-time position (40 hours/week).
+ Shifts will vary based on the needs of the call center and may include:
+ 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
+ 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
+ 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET
+ Flexibility is key—your shift will be assigned based on operational needs.
Weekend & Holiday Coverage:
+ Approximately once every 3–4 weeks, you’ll be scheduled for a weekend rotation:
+ This includes working the Sunday before and the Saturday after your regular workweek.
+ You’ll still work a total of 5 days (40 hours) that week.
+ The call center operates 24/7, including holidays, so occasional holiday coverage may be required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
