Troubleshooting related to Dematic Italy Sorter Installed BaseRoot Cause AnalysisFeedback to customers through failure report and Follow up of failuresMonitoring and analysis of system performance and reliabilityFinding and development of improvementsMonitoring and Mapping the sitesPredictive MaintenanceAccording to the indication of CoE team leaders to prepare software changesSupport CoE engineers when requestedPrepare and monitor sorter statistics on live systemProvide support to specific critical customers during ramp-up phaseProvide 24h support for CSProvide customer recommendations in terms of MaintenanceCheck customer satisfactionWho are we looking for?
