Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
**Customer Support Specialist in Credit Management**
**Poznań, Poland**
**Your responsibilities:**
+ Cash Collection and payment processing.
+ Executing interest bearing processing and other financing tasks on behalf of John Deere Bank or vendor banks.
+ Credit limit monitoring.
+ Managing early stage past dues.
+ Communicating with Dealers and responding to inquiries pertaining to the status of their account and payments.
+ Resolving audit queries and training, supporting dealer inventory inspections / self-audits.
+ Work closely with Dealer network, Sales Branches, and other John Deere departments across Europe.
+ Participation in continuous improvement initiatives according to business needs and requirements.
**Our requirements:**
+ Experience in customer service with knowledge of credit processing.
+ Advanced knowledge in Excel.
+ Paying attention to details and accuracy, analytical skills.
+ University graduate.
+ Very good in English is a must
+ Adapting easily and focusing on customer.
+ Teamwork player - creating trust, with high communication skills.
**Nice to have:**
+ German or French language skills.
