About the Role
Georgia Power is seeking a dedicated and
customer-focused Field Support Analyst to join our growing
team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for both internal
teams and external clients, managing high-volume call traffic and coordinating
power service requests. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a
fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily from internal departments and external customers.Coordinate power shut-off and restoration requests with precision and urgency.Use Microsoft Outlook to manage communications and schedule appointments.Support calendar scheduling and basic Excel data entry as needed.Collaborate with a close-knit team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service actions.Qualifications
Customer service or administrative support experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; familiarity with Excel or calendar tools is a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to manage high call volumes with professionalism.Comfortable working in a structured environment with set hours and performance expectations.What We Offer

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
