Overall Purpose\n

The Customer Support Specialist acts as a liaison between suppliers and end customers with services and offerings throughout the supply chain. The Customer Support Specialist also helps build and foster the relationship between the supplier, end customer, and TRIGO HT with high quality customer service, while maintaining the highest performance standards.\n

Direct\u202f: Site Manager Indirect\u202f: Area Manager\/ Director of Operations\n

Responsibilities\n\nBuild, manage, and foster strong positive relationships with customers (supplier and OEM) by providing the support they need related to warehousing, logistics, inspection, and other services. \n\n\nMaintain the customer's account while preserving customer confidentially.\n\n\nHandle general inquiries, address complaints, provide solutions to resolve issues as they arise.\n\n\nProvide support by tracking, receiving, inventorying, and shipping customer inventory in WMS.\n\n\nMaintain supplier customer inventory and records accurately.\n\n\nSystematically segregate, coordinate, and manage disposition non-shippable material.\n\n\nCreate customer specific documents relating to unique projects and requirements.\n\n\nBuild and send customer specific reports.\n\n\nPrepare and send Advance Ship Notices (ASN) and\/or invoices to end customer, both manual and EDI.\n\n\nConduct, investigate, and reconcile cycle counts and annual physical inventory.\n\n\nMonitor and communicate supplier inventory levels and supplier delivery performance indicators.\n\n\nOther duties and\/or responsibilities as assigned \n\n
