Requirements + 2+ years of experience in a customer support or related role, ideally within the food and beverage, retail, or hospitality industries. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-first attitude. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. + Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). + Attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs. + A passion for food and beverage products is a plus!
