Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism:
+ Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing solutions in a professional and timely manner.
+ Process customer orders, returns, and account updates with accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Resolve product-related issues and concerns while escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary.
+ Maintain expert knowledge of the company's product offerings and pricing to assist customers effectively.
+ Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences from order to delivery.
+ Regularly document customer interactions and update CRM systems to maintain organized and accurate records.
Requirements
+ 2+ years of experience in a customer support or related role, ideally within the food and beverage, retail, or hospitality industries.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-first attitude.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
+ Attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs.
+ A passion for food and beverage products is a plus!
