Position overview
A Customer Support Specialist provides customer support by assisting with the sales procedures. They help with sales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping issues and manage customer accounts. Sales Specialist utilize technical expertise regarding products and processes to achieve the results, they are building long- term relationship with the clients. To provide the best-in-class support to the clients, a sales support specialist has extended knowledge regrading identification portfolio regulations. They are the process experts when it comes to identification legislation in the client’s country, adjusting printing codes to particular’s need. A Customer Support Specialist assists clients through each step of the sales process and MTO product creation, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking, and shipping orders efficiently. They have extended knowledge of the product portfolio, working as client’s best advisor when it comes to the product variations.
Role's responsibilities
The specialist will also respond to customer complaints and inquiries. Works in close collaboration with customers, sales, and marketing; provides professional support and interacts with internal and external customers to process the orders in the most efficient way. Providing telephone answers and online support (via email or web chat); Moreover, the customer support professional will support production; by answering questions and making sure that all the information has been handed over. They issue sales and export document; provide prices calculations and samples form. Offer’s preparation is a part of their usual responsibilities.
Education: University degree. Preferably with relevant specialization.
Skills Required:
Attitude to and preparedness for a continuous education
Constructive assertiveness in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferable experience in sales support
Excellent organizational and planning skills and handling conflicting time pressures.
